Specification

One Dutch DAF YP-408 in 20mm or 1:76 scale

Available in standard PLA or high resolution resin

7 different variants are available, there are only small differences externally between some of the versions

PWI-S (GR) - The standard APC
PWCO - Command version with additional antenna.  Could also be used as PWI-S (PC) platoon command.
PWAT - Anti-tank with TOW
PWMT - Mortar tow vehicle (mortar not included).  Tow hook, no antenna
PWRDR - Radar vehicle
PWV - Cargo vehicle, no antenna
PWGWT - Ambulance - unarmed, no antenna

when I first saw these, I decided that perhaps my rebel forces had managed to get hold of some, and so ordered a mix of all the types. on arrival definitely not disappointed. Peter has as usual produced superb models of this vehicle, and I shall definitely be ordering more to fill out units. as an aside the 120mm mortars are also great, I've used both versions so I can have the vehicles towing them on the tabletop, then change to the emplaced version when they have deployed. as always, thank you for those little things that make life so much easier.Alan Jenkins (5 Nov 2021, 09:47)
