Queries
If you have a questions please use the contact us form
Goods
All models are supplied unpainted, unbased, without crew (figures) and unassembled if supplied in more than one piece.
Our models are not toys and are recommended for adults only.
Prices
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and prices include VAT where applicable. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges.
Butlers’ printed models reserves the right to change our prices without prior notice.
Returns Policy.
A customer has the right to cancel their order. A customer may return any standard catalogue item within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs and a cancelation fee.
Damaged or missing items or any other dispute should be reported via the contact form on the website within 7 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. Butlers’ Printed Models will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Butlers’ Printed Models only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s). Butlers’ Printed Models reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and our only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the item(s).
If any incorrect items are received please contact us immediately in order to rectify the error.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning any items. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Special or custom design and prints must be paid for in advance and can not be cancelled, no refunds will be given.
Cancellation Fee
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% to cover card processing fees and administration costs for any order that is cancelled for any reason. If we receive an order from Northern Ireland, EU or EEA we will cancel the order and the cancellation fee will apply.
Disclaimer
Take all necessary care when removing support, handling, storing, displaying or any other activity with your models.
Butlers' Printed Models accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused.
It is also not our fault if your models don't perform well on the wargames table. If your dice rolls are poor don't blame us.
Contract Status
Contracts between you and Butlers’ Printed Models shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Requests for Invoices
Our prices are based on purchases through the website. If you require an invoice for standard products we reserve the right to charge an admin fee.
Terms and Conditions of January 2025 competition
The winner will get the opportunity to choose a new product for us to make. The winner will also receive £20 towards models of the new product. The £20 will be made available as a discount code on the Butlers' Printed Models website for use against the new product.
All orders over £50 (not including shipping) that we receive in January will give an entry into our January competition. Every whole £50 (not including postage) in an order will give one entry into the competition.
The new product can be a vehicle, gun, aircraft or piece of terrain but not a figurine.
Butlers' Printed Models reserves the right to refuse any new product request if we deem it inappropriate, unsuitable for 3D printing or too large to be made at all scales.
In the event that the winner can not choose a suitable new product the winner will receive a £20 electronic voucher for Butlers' Printed Models.
The draw will be made on the 1st of February 2025 and the results posted on the Butlers' Printed Models website and Facebook page at a time our choosing during February 2025. The winners order number, first name and country will be published.
The winners choice of new product will be advertised. The new product will be made available for sale to any customer.
There is no limit to the time Butlers' Printed Models has to create the design for the new product. The complexity of the design will influence how long it takes to create the design for the new product.
The winner has no right to dictate how the new product design is created, features it contains or the size of the model at any given scale.
The intellectual property of the design for the new product is owned by Butlers' Printed Models.
Each household (postal address) may also apply for one free entry into the competition without placing an order, simply send us a message via the Butlers' Printed Models website stating your name, e-mail address and postal address.
Butlers' Printed Models will not provide confirmation of entry into the competition.
